Oryx Concierge Morocco is a luxury concierge and travel coordination service based in Morocco.
We carefully select, organise and coordinate experiences, accommodations, private services and events through trusted local partners in order to create seamless and memorable stays for our clients.
Our role is to act as your single point of contact before and during your stay.
Reservations
All services and experiences are subject to availability at the time of booking.
A reservation is considered confirmed only once it has been validated in writing by Oryx Concierge Morocco and, where applicable, once the required payment has been received.
Payments
Certain services may require a deposit or full payment prior to confirmation.
Payment conditions vary depending on the nature of the service and the policies of our selected partners.
The applicable payment terms will always be communicated before confirmation.
Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds
As Oryx Concierge Morocco works with a network of independent suppliers and partners, cancellation, modification and refund policies may vary depending on the service booked.
The applicable conditions will be clearly communicated to the client before confirmation of any reservation.
By confirming a booking, the client accepts the cancellation and refund policy associated with the selected service.

Limitation of Liability
While Oryx Concierge Morocco takes great care in the selection of its partners and the organisation of each stay, certain circumstances remain beyond our control.
These may include, but are not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Flight disruptions or transport delays
- Government restrictions
- Road closures
- Force majeure events
- Decisions made by independent service providers
In such situations, Oryx Concierge Morocco will assist the client in finding alternative solutions whenever possible.
Privacy
All personal information shared with Oryx Concierge Morocco is treated confidentially and used solely for the organisation and management of client services.
We do not sell or share client information with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the requested services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute relating to the services provided by Oryx Concierge Morocco shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
